Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Please note that due to the international nature of our fulfilment process, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent back using a tracked shipping service to our international returns partner, and customers are responsible for ensuring the parcel arrives safely.
We strongly recommend carefully checking sizing, product details, and shipping information before placing your order to avoid unnecessary returns.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible unused items within 30 days of delivery.
If you would like to exchange an item, please email info@jessandemilysboutique.com with your order number and the item you would like instead. Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

Order Cancellations

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
